Curiosity is one of the three parts of ACE (Agile, Curiosity & Empathy) and is an essential ingredient to breaking free from your thoughts & beliefs that keep you from performing at your best. It’s also an essential component of communication. In-order to really understand what someone is saying, we have to be curious and truely listen.

In this practice, we use curiosity to explore areas of life that are getting in the way of action & find a new way of looking at them. Get curious and get back to action.
