For what purpose do we use your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations) (together, the Services). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Vibbre Limited requires access to Personal Information such as name, address, phone and email details in order to process invoices and payments. It is important to note:

  • We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
  • We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We will not release your information to third parties for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime, or to otherwise protect our rights

We will provide requested information in compliance with local laws and regulations, and only in the instance and to the extent where we reasonably believe that we are legally required to do so. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you if a request of this nature has been made in respect of your Personal Information, unless the relevant legal request prevents this.

We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from our website. In particular we link to Social Media for Sharing and there are also direct links to our own Social Media pages.

In addition, if you linked to our website from a third-party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners and operators of that third-party site and recommend that you check the policy of that third party site.

Your rights

You have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention and Storage

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Services and the Site may be hosted internally or by third party services, and as a result, Personal Information may be processed and stored outside of New Zealand. When we store your Personal Information, or transmit your Personal Information to any other agency, we will ensure that we use such security safeguards, as is reasonable in the circumstances, against loss and unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure. Please note that when providing Personal Information via our Site, the transmission is not completely secure and will depend on your browser and internet settings. We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to us via our Site and any such transmission is at your own risk.

When you cease to use the Services, and we are no longer being required to comply with any legal obligations that necessitate the retention of Personal Information, we will securely delete your Personal Information.

If you wish to retain a copy of your Personal Information (or any part of it) please contact us using the details under “Contact Us” below, prior to you ceasing to use the Services.

Despite the above we may retain Personal Information in an aggregated and non-identifying form as contemplated in this policy.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Changes will be made by posting the amended terms on our Site. All amendments to this policy take effect immediately upon such posting.
