In 6-12 weeks, let us take your teams & leaders on a development journey that will leave them more engaged, productive & acting like true owners.
Our programmes deliver short, action-oriented learning supported by on-demand micro-learning & coaching via our Coaching Platform. Our approach transforms CORE skills into lasting habits.
We are remote-first so we’ve got remote, real-time learning covered.
These are the pillars of performance.
All our programmes, 1:1 coaching & coaching app & platform follows a three-step process.
We have adapted the GROW coaching model and created GROWER to emphasise our learn by doing principle.
GROWER stands for:
We focus on the CORE skills that drive the biggest results fast. We focus on:
We work together so we coach together. Learning in groups is the most powerful & cost effective approach to CORE skills development.
Weekly sessions ensure continuity as well as sufficient time to apply learnings & grow. The structure of each session looks like this:
We use machine learning to analyse the inputs from your people and develop personalised learning pathways for them.
The platform also prompts users to take action, offering daily tips and reminders, gently nudging them in the right direction.
We put a coach in everyone’s pocket, connecting them directly to their coach for on-demand support as well as access to their personalised micro-learning & goal tracking.
The Nudge App ensures everyone has the support they need to make progress between each coaching session.
We draw on the latest behaviour change research as well as our own experience leading high-performing teams.
To explore our approach in-depth, review our science & research.
Many teams Do Agile but very view teams know what it means to Be Agile. CORE dives into the fundamental mental skills that are the foundation for developing a truely agile mindset.
The programme is broken into two CORE blocks, each block consisting of 6 x 90 minute coaching sessions spread over 6 consecutive weeks. The blocks can be done back-to-back or separately.
Trust is the glue that holds teams & people together. To trust others we have to also trust ourselves. Explore how trust is created & eroded and discover why integrity is the foundation of trust & performance in teams. We’ll identify areas where we are out of integrity, what impact this is having & learn how we restore integrity & trust. Teams are forever changed by this session.
We are not fixed in the way thing and behave however we do have preferences and defaults that have developed over time. Discovering our strengths & how they play out at work and in our teams is a powerful way to build a foundation for performance. We explore how our strengths can also be our weaknesses, how to play to others strengths & cultivate & leverage the strengths across our diverse teams.
Knowing how to give feedback, ask for feedback, and optimise the feedback you get is an essential life and work skill. We’ll explore why giving & receiving feedback is “hard” and how we can through shifting our mindset, develop greater ease & proficiency with this CORE skill. We’ll learn how to share what we are thinking in a way that helps other people accept and act on your message. We will also learn how to ask for feedback and handle feedback we don’t agree with.
Research reveals that one of the most valuable (but least known) communication and influence competencies is inquiry skills & the power of listening. We’ll deepen our question skills so that we instinctively word questions in ways that create clarity, resolve problems, and motivate people to take action. We’ll also explore how we find our voice in our team, contributing in meaningful way & in support of our team.
We all react differently when things don’t go the way we want them to go. Developing skills specifically for when things do & will go wrong, means we are better prepared & able to manage the stresses that come in the moment. We will learn how to take responsibility, show empathy, apologise & focus on the bigger commitment when things go wrong.
True collaboration requires team members to be 100% committed & 100% responsible for the performance & state of their team. Empowerment comes from being 100% responsible, for the good and the not so good.
Teams fail when individuals only focus on themselves & ignore how the team is going.
“We succeed together & we fail & learn together.”
Learn through a series of experiments & conversations what it means to be 100% responsible. Discover how this mindset transforms retrospectives, problem-solving conversations, working under pressure, managing things when they go wrong & celebrating success.
When things are uncertain many people freeze, make wrong decisions, or feel overwhelmed. We’ll explore the impact of fixed thinking, why we fear uncertainty & how growth mindset & commitment can transform our experience. We will practice skills to stay clear-minded and adaptive even when things are quickly changing. Skills include how to diagnose and optimise our default style under stress, how to make good decisions (even when information is confusing or limited), and how to create structure when things feel unstructured – for yourself and others.
Complaining is something we are all prone to do however it doesn’t change anything. Raising an issue or making a request in a responsible & constructive way with someone who can do something about it is the skill we need to develop. Learning what it costs us when we complain or don’t speak up & what stops us making a bold request or communicating something “bad”, we will develop the mindset & CORE skill that gives us new power when communicating something that is important to us and the team.
When working under pressure, it’s easy to fall into a cycle of overwhelm that impacts our ability to get work done. Knowing how to break the cycle, prioritise what needs to happen first & responsibly manage the impact of things “dropping down the list” is a key to increasing our productivity.
Distraction is costing us & our teams more than we know. Stress, fuzzy thinking, conflict & dissatisfaction at work can all be attributed back to being distracted. We will learn why we get distracted at work, how to manage input from devices & distractions from communication channels & how to integrate periods of active rest can lift our performance moment to moment. We will experience active rest & make an energy management plan to ensure we are getting the most out of ourselves & each other at work.
Problem-solving in a group is a practice of applied curiosity & open & supportive communication. We will explore our problem-solving defaults & how we can use the power of shifting perspectives to draw out creative thinking from our team mates.
Sustaining change is hard. We will explore why commitment and small daily actions are critical to sustaining & continuing the performance journey. We will cement a culture of learning & improvement by creating a vision & action plan for the next 3-months & establish a peer-2-peer coaching structure to keep us on track. There will be time to reflect & share what we have learned as well as celebrate the formal end of the programme.
Many leaders Do Leadership but very view leaders know what it means to Be Leadership. LEAD5 dives into the CORE skills that are the foundation for leading people in an inclusive, powerful & performance driven way.
Content can be scaled according to the ability of the group meaning we can stretch even long-time people leaders & drive new growth & performance.

We will learn the fundamental tool of great leaders: how to use questions to engage, empower, and improve performance in our direct reports. We will experience how to help our reports become more self-sufficient, resolve their own problems, and make more valuable contributions to their team, even when times are uncertain. We’ll also cover “adaptive coaching,” including how to coach well remotely and when emotions are escalated.
Change-readiness and adaptability is now an CORE skill for any team. When we understand the science of change, we can equip ourselves & support those we work with to be more adaptive, resilient, and agile. We will learn everything we need to know about change & how to lead it. We’ll explore change curves, ADKAR, what happens neurologically when we experience unexpected shifts, track different coping styles and how to respond to each, and practice easy techniques to reduce resistance and increase commitment and action in ourselves and others. We’ll practice devising solutions and crafting communication using a change template that will make us a more effective in what we do.

Meetings demand curiosity, creative problem-solving & open & supportive communication. We spend so much of our time in meetings, yet few people are trained to be outstanding meeting leaders. We’ll learn how to structure meetings that are useful, productive, and energising. We will explore our common faults in meetings, why they occur & how we can right-track a meeting. Our values drive how we think, feel & behave. Explore what your fundamental values & needs are and explore how you can work more in alignment with these.
What’s getting in the way of your performance. Our beliefs like our values shape what we do & don’t do, and more importantly, what we think is possible. Consider, most of us know what we need to do to be successful however knowing doesn’t make a difference when we have an undistinguished limiting belief in the way. Discover what beliefs keep you & your team stuck, and re-write your beliefs with accountability & action.
